Gly-Seb – Hydrated silky skin

The skin has got two layers epidermis (outer) and dermis (lower). Dermis has a basal layer of cells which multiply upward to later form the outer epidermis. The epidermis has a surface layer called stratum corneum that loses its natural moisture to the atmosphere. The stratum corneum is a hardened layer with thin flat cells bearing keratin (protein). During winter, due to dry weather- the skin dehydrates on the surface losing moisture.
